
Dr. Alicia Jones is an educator, community advocate, and philanthropist committed to empowering others through education, service, and creative outreach. With experience spanning both secondary and post-secondary education, she has dedicated her career to teaching, developing impactful ministries, and leading nonprofit initiatives that address real community needs.
She is the founder and board president of The Jones Center of Arts and Academic Excellence, an organization focused on providing transformative programming for underserved populations in Northeast Louisiana. Under her leadership, the Center has launched innovative initiatives that blend academic support with creative expression.
Dr. Jones also collaborated with local churches and community organizations to launch the Monroe Literacy and Art Bus, which served the Monroe area for two years. The mobile program offered standardized test preparation, arts education, and literacy programs to students and families throughout the region.
Driven by a deep sense of purpose, Dr. Jones uses her platform to uplift and inspire others through books, podcasts, and meaningful content—always with the goal of fostering growth, faith, and community.
