Dr. Alicia Jones is a multifaceted leader with a diverse background as a former clinical lab scientist and K-12 teacher. Now focused on championing literacy and arts initiatives, Dr. Jones serves as the founder and board president of The Jones Center of Arts & Academic Excellence and the Director of Curriculum for the Monroe Literacy and Art Bus. Passionate about creativity and education, Dr. Jones is also a creative director with experience directing documentaries and music videos, as well as a talented photographer. Through these roles, Dr. Jones empowers communities by providing access to resources, fostering innovation, and inspiring growth through the arts and education.
